This role is a mixture of patient care + leadership. You will not be reporting to the office every day.
The Physician Team Leader (POD Leader) acts as a resource/coach impacting clinical performance of the team. The leader will collaborate with advance practice providers and build a collaborative team. You will have no more than 4 Nurse Practitioners in your Pod.
Compensation Details
$260-300k
