Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity is available for a pediatric nurse practitioner to work alongside our pediatric hospitalists at The Children’s Hospital at TriStar Centennial in Nashville, Tennessee.
- The practice cares for children on the pediatric floor with an average daily census of 10 to 15 patients in the 26-bed pediatric medical/surgical unit.
- Responsibilities include assisting in managing patients on the pediatric floor by rounding with the hospitalists and mentoring new graduate RNs.
- The ideal candidate will be flexible, as program may grow in the future, be efficient, be able to adapt to changing conditions on the pediatric floor and have a positive manner as well as attention to detail.
- Current schedule is Mon-Fri schedule 7-3pm staffing the pediatric hospitalist service.
- Must be Acute Care PNP certified through PNCB
- Active Tennessee APRN license preferred

Qualifications
- Current APRN national specialty certification
- Minimum of a master’s degree
