OB/GYN Teaching Opportunity - Maryland's Beautiful Coast

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate, skilled OB/GYN to join our team at TidalHealth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for women’s health and education, with the ability to provide exceptional care and teach the next generation of OB/GYN professionals. As part of the upcoming ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency program, you will have the opportunity to mentor and teach medical residents, shaping their education and professional growth while maintaining a strong clinical practice.

Responsibility:

1. Provide comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care, including prenatal, labor and delivery, and postnatal care.

• Perform gynecological procedures and surgeries.
• Conduct routine exams, screenings, and diagnostic tests.
• Teach, mentor, and supervise medical residents in our new OB/GYN residency program.
• Participate in resident didactic sessions and educational activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Educate and support patients through all stages of reproductive health.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible OB/GYN.
• Valid Maryland medical license (or eligibility.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of OB/GYNs.
• Experience in both obstetrics and gynecology preferred.
• Prior teaching experience or interest in academic medicine is a plus.
