SSM Health Dean Medical Group in Waunakee, WI is seeking a family medicine physician to join our practice.

We are looking for a physician who wants to be part of a team and a busy group practice.

  • Outpatient FM Call as part of a large call group
  • Call frequency is 7-10 weekday calls/year and 1-2 weekends/year
  • Call is phone call coverage only
  • Collaborative Team
  • Existing and New Patient Panel Available
  • Medium Sized Clinic location with the following specialties, orthopedics, sport medicine, sleep medicine, podiatry, eye services, physical therapy and diabetes education and nutrition
