Oak Street Health (Value Based Care/ Geriatrics /underserved) is looking to hire outstanding physicians like yourself to join our practice in Fort Worth, TX. Here is an overview of what we offer:

• Outcome focused practice model (no RVUs, productivity metrics)
• small patient panel (average ~500 pts, 10-14 pts per day)
• Built-in admin hours
• Dedicated medical scribes for each physician
• Base Salary: $220,000- $245,000 before various bonuses
• Performance based bonus
