Family Medicine Physician for Seniors Base Salary $320K

Geisinger is seeking board certified/board eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and/or Geriatric trained physicians for an exciting Primary Care opportunity with Geisinger 65 Forward in Coal Township, PA.

• More time with patients. Up to 60 minutes with patients to answer questions and address concerns.
• Easier and frequent appointments. Because we specialize in healthcare just for seniors, we’re able to see them more often.
• Smaller patient panel. Max patient panel threshold of 500 per physician.
• Interdisciplinary team. Includes nursing, care coordinator/coach, social worker, receptionist, nutritionist, administrator and wellness coordinator.
• Support for patients. From group ceramics to rummy card games, our centers offer a slew of fun activities to meet both old friends and new.

• Compensation – 'New’ base salary starting at $320k
• Up to $250k recruitment incentives
• Fellowship stipend - up to 45k; available up to 18 months prior to graduation, paid in lump sum
• Continuing medical education – 15 working days and $4,500 CME funds
