RNA is seeking a passionate and dedicated Nephrologist to join their team! As part of a nationwide, physician-led organization, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional, evidence-based kidney care while enjoying the autonomy to shape your career. Fellows are encouraged to apply.

• Hiring Package:
• $250,000 starting salary
• 10k sign on bonus or Relocation
• 6 weeks PTO including CME
• No buy-in practice partnership opportunity after two years
• Dialysis facility ownership for partners
• Schedule/Practice Details:
• Call coverage every 5th weekend, with two physicians on call
• Weekly rotations of patient care - main office, satellite office, and hospital with dialysis rounds built in
• 800+ ESRD patients
• Large CKD base
• No internal medicine
• No admissions
• No procedures
• Cover 10 counties in Illinois and Wisconsin, including ten hospitals
• 16 dialysis centers
