Position Overview

Southcoast Health is seeking highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physicians to join our esteemed multidisciplinary group. The Primary Care division currently consists of 140 Providers. . Since its inception in 1996, Southcoast has become a sought-after destination for health care professionals. 1. High volume, quality focused and established practice with inclusion of Population Health manager, Pharmacy, dedicated Practice Manager, EMR support and more.
2. Advanced Practice Provider support and very reasonable call requirements
3. Salary with Productivity & Performance Based Incentives
4. Sign-on Bonus – $60,000
5. Retention Bonus – $20,000 X 4 years
6. Comprehensive benefits package including: 4-5 weeks’ vacation plus a week of CME and 6% match on retirement after 2 year
7. Malpractice coverage of $2M / $6M
8. Not for profit, under-served community site brings opportunities for loan forgiveness
9. Continuing medical education (CME) allowance and paid time off
10. Medical degree from an accredited institution
11. Board certification/eligibility required in Family or Internal Medicine with completion of a US residency
12. Current state medical license and DEA registration
13. Demonstrated clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and effective communication skills
