• West Suburbs: Outpatient clinic in Winfield, IL and Geneva, IL and Inpatient consults/OR at NM Delnor and NM Central DuPage Hospitals.
• Northwest Suburbs: Outpatient clinic in Huntley, IL and McHenry, IL with Inpatient consults/OR at NM Huntley and NM McHenry Hospitals.
