Requirements: • Board Certification: Required • License: Active Michigan license required – no exceptions • Certifications: BLS • Experience: Fellowship training & board certification in Neuroradiology, plus experience with: o Stroke Imaging o Neuro-Oncology o Spine Imaging o Head/Neck Pathology

Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
