Generalist with Breast Surgery | Desirable Coastal Town in New England

An independent hospital in a charming seaside community seeks a General Surgeon to join its established practice. The hospital is well-respected for its clinical excellence and industry-leading patient experience, and is a beloved focal point in the community.

The Position:
- Join the 3-surgeon group as a .75 FTE surgeon
- 48 Adult Medicine Beds and 5 ICU-designated Beds
- Consistent weekly blocked operating times
- Da Vinci Surgical System with dedicated robotics-trained first assistant and blocked robot time
- Comprehensive oncology department and strong primary care services
- Breast surgery experience is desired and will be expected of joining surgeon
- Full-time (.75 FTE), hospital-employed, base salary with bonus, benefits, and loan forgiveness
