Arizona Community Physicians (ACP) is the largest private practice group in Tucson. Founded 30 years ago, it serves the community with over 100 physicians in practice.

ACP has a unique, hybrid practice model where you can enjoy the SCHEDULING AUTONOMY and FLEXIBILITY found in a typical private practice setting, but also benefit from the work of a well-structured administrative/operations team that manages vast tasks from hiring staff to medical insurance contract negotiations, etc.

ACP offers you the unique opportunity to become a shareholder in the company, after 18 months of employment. This is a big asset as it increases income potential.

Income ranges from $250-450/year depending on panel size, work schedule, etc.
