Schedule: Sept 22(8am)-29(8am), Nov 22(8am)-Dec 1(8am), Dec 22(8am)-29(7am), plus ongoing shifts in 2026

Shift Details: 3 days of clinic, 1 day in OR, 1 day of procedures in clinic, Call ratio: Every Day Support Staff: 1 PA, no other MD’s, Mas assigned Patients per day: 20 patients per day in clinic Procedures per day: 10-15 per week Surgeries in OR: 3 or 4 per day EMR: Cerner Hospital Bed size: 99 Special Procedures: in clinic vasectomy, infant circumcision outpatient (not required)

Will Accept Licensing Candidates Minimum Experience Required: 1 year Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
