Southside Outpatient Primary Care Opportunity with IU Health in the home of Lafayette

IU Health Arnett Physicians seeks a Primary Care physician to practice team-based care in our progressive, southside family medicine clinic in Lafayette, IN (Home of Purdue University). Position is based in Lafayette, Indiana at an outpatient clinic with travel between local clinics and the local hospital. All travel is local between clinics and the hospital site as dictated by patient demand, no overnights.

Employment Opportunity Details:

• Full-time (4 days per week schedule)

• Onsite procedure suites and lab

• Traditional family medicine practice: chronic disease management, wellness, for all ages of patients

• Shared phone call only: approximately 1:25 for FM 1:12 IM

Qualifications:

• US BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics

• MD/DO Indiana license or eligible

• Consistent and consecutive employment/training history

• Excellent communication skills
