Responsibilities: * Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in local post-acute care communities * Work in skilled nursing facilities, seeing 15-20 patients per day, Monday through Friday  * Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, rounding on patients as medically necessary * Handle documentation and billing through our EMR (Gehrimed) meeting Medicare guidelines

Competitive Compensation, with an estimated base salary range of $193,000 to $214,000 annually with no cap productivity income potential.
