** Schedule**

No set schedule; physicians design their own schedules
- Clinic hours from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM or 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Reads are conducted after clinic
** Compensation and Benefits**
- Annual base salary of $525k–$625k (based on experience) guaranteed for the first two years, with RVU-based compensation available during this period, and a partnership opportunity after two years with a $1,000 “buy-in.”
- Incentives include relocation assistance up to $15k, loan repayment assistance, and quarterly quality bonuses for partners
