  • Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and Penn State University College of Medicine is seeking an Academic Neuropathologist, non-tenure track, clinician-educator or clinician-scientist, open rank to join our dynamic team here in PA!

    The successful candidate will join a strong, collegial department of 40 faculty in Anatomic, Clinical, and Experimental Pathology, with a new Division of Molecular Pathology and Cytogenetics forthcoming. Candidates with interest in cytopathology or surgical pathology subspecialties are of particular interest.

    Job Qualifications

    1. Board-certification or eligibility in Anatomic Pathology or Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
    2. Eligibility for medical licensure in Pennsylvania is required for the position
    3. The position does not offer J1 waiver or H1B sponsorship.

    We are a growing subspecialty practice with annual combined

    surgical pathology volume of approximately 45,000 cases, and an active autopsy pathology service, at the quaternary care academic hub: the Hershey Medical Center, Cancer Institute and Children’s

    Hospital. Penn State Health is a multi-hospital system that will encompass 4 separately staffed regional community hospitals by mid-2022. Most faculty members do practice in more than one subspecialty. The successful candidate will practice at Hershey Medical Center.
