• 156 bed hospital in a small yet growing community
• 12-hour physician coverage in house from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
• 12-hour telemedicine coverage from 7 p.m. - 7 a.m. allowing our hospitalists quality of life
• 7-on /7-off block schedule
• Manageable daily patient census offering low-stress and quality practice
• Nursing staff and hospital administration that fosters a culture of patient and clinician engagement
