Endocrinology Physician Opportunity in the Chicago Suburbs - Autonomy Over Schedule, Practice, and Salary

Duly Health and Care, distinguished as the Midwest's preeminent independent multispecialty physician-led group with over 900 physicians, is actively seeking an experienced, U.S. fellowship-trained, endocrinologist to enhance our esteemed department situated in the Chicago suburbs. Anchored by a dynamic team of 9 endocrinologists, this opportunity is for a solo endocrinologist located in Oak Lawn, a positive, upbeat practice with a collegial team environment.

 

Opportunity Details

 

• Experienced general endocrinologist required for this growth opportunity with 100% adult endocrinology (2+ years' experience minimum)
• Not a subspeciality opportunity as physician will be seeing a variety of patients
• This is a full-time opportunity with 36 patient facing hours per week
• Strong support from a growing primary care team in the North suburbs
• 15-to-20-minute follow-up and 30–40-minute new patient visits
• Flexible 4 ½ day work week schedule; No weekends
• Outpatient only with rotating after hours phone call of 1:10 weekdays and weekends

 

Practice Details

 

• Practice is in an established primary care office in Oak Lawn
• Capture patients from the south suburbs in order to build up a practice quickly
• Updated, modern multispecialty office suite with primary and specialty providers in a communal space arrangement
• On-site lab and radiology with dedicated rooms for endocrine patients
• Remote nurse support for in basket, messages and calls
• EPIC EMR; experience preferred but not required
