• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Call, Weekend call
• BLS required
• 20 - 30 patients per day, 7 surgeries & 10 surgeries in hospital and clinic per week
• General adult urology, pediatric and neonate, laparoscopic surgeries, ureteroscopy
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
