Dermatology Nurse Practitioner - Part Time Weekday Hours

About This Opportunity: CareATC is currently looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner that will work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment team to provide exceptional patient care. The CareATC approach to is to work with our patient population to assist in chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support and ongoing education. The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with the clinic staff to provide high quality, comprehensive primary care.

We are seeking a Dermatology Advanced Practitioner to provide skin cancer screenings to the employees and dependents of Salt Lake City. The time commitment is 8 hours per month (two 4-hr days).  Basic job duties include:

· Full-body exams for skin cancer screening.

· Cryotherapy for minor actinic keratosis and related skin conditions.

· Educate patients on skin cancer risks and preventive measures.

· Recommend consultation or referral as applicable.

· Two 4-hr sessions per month, held at the Midtown Employee Clinic and Salt Lake City departmental sites.
