Negotiable Rate, Paid Travel/Lodging, Contract Length: 26 weeks Work Details: • Support staff: CRNA • Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-Time • Patients per day: TBD • Patient population/age: adults and adolescents 13yo+ • Department description: Hospital OR coverage, sees all types of cases • EMR: EPIC • Hospital bed size: TBD • Special procedures: TBD • Skills required: Regional skills strongly preferred not required Practice Setting: • Hospital Requirements: • Board Certification: Required. Willing to consider truly board eligible especially if they’re fellowship trained. • State license required: Yes, State of CA • DEA: Yes, CA with Schedule 2/2n • Minimum experience required: Must have at least 2 years anesthesiology experience. Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 days Interview Expectations (how many?): 1 – 2
