As a TidalHealth provider, you can expect:

• Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM schedule with dedicated OR time
• Hiring range: Minimum $475,000 to maximum $624,000 + sign on bonus 
• Comprehensive benefits package including occurrence-based malpractice coverage
• Two different retirement plans: 403(b) + pension
