Make a Difference in South LA: Family Nurse Practitioner Role with Loan Repayment Assistance

Are you passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care to diverse communities? St. John’s Community Health (SJCH) is seeking a skilled and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive medical services, conduct functional health assessments, diagnose, treat, and prevent common illnesses, and refer patients to specialists when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services across all ages and genders
- Conduct exams, order diagnostics, and prescribe treatments
- Offer prenatal and postnatal care, family planning, and health promotion
- Collaborate with specialists and coordinate patient care
- Supervise and mentor fellow clinicians
Qualifications:
- NP Degree with CA Medical License & DEA Certificate
- BLS and PALS certified (Board Certification preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & EHR systems

St. John's Community Health (SJCH) is an independent, 501(c)(3) network of community health centers that provides medical, dental and behavioral health care to low-income communities in South Los Angeles County and the Inland Empire.
