We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive adult outpatient primary care services at a federally supported clinic in Lawton, Oklahoma. This is a full-time, one-year contract with the opportunity for extension based on performance and need. Immediate start is preferred.

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to adult patients in an outpatient setting
• Diagnose and manage chronic and acute medical conditions
• Conduct preventive health screenings and routine check-ups
• Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other clinical staff for coordinated care
• Use electronic health records (EHR) for documentation and communication
• Participate in quality improvement and compliance initiatives
• Provide culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population
• Monday to Friday | Day shifts
• No nights, weekends, or call required
• 40 hours/week

MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Oklahoma medical license or willingness to obtain
• BLS certification (required)
• COVID-19 vaccination required
• Prior experience in adult outpatient settings preferred
• EMR proficiency (training provided if needed)
