BC Anesthesiologist

Location: Rockford IL

Excellent Compensation Start Date/length of assignment: August 1 – Ongoing, long term (90 day creds)   Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8/10/12hr shifts available On call: No, locums are not scheduled for call Cases: level 2 trauma, good mix of everything. OB, healthy peds, ortho, regional, spinal. Vascular, thoracic   Supervision Ratio: Providers do their own cases, no CRNA Supervision ORs:15-18 rooms daily Credentialing Timeframe :90 days EMR: EPIC

Need active IL state license will accept IMLC

All expenses are covered travel, lodging, malpractice insurance etc.
