Abilene, Texas offers a high quality of life both professionally and personally. BC/BE Neonatologist needed to practice at the largest regional medical center within 150-mile radius. Practicing and experienced physicians as well as residents will be considered. Must be licensed in Texas or eligible. Generous income guarantee or employed model available. Relocation, marketing, sign-on bonus and stipend can be offered.

· Clinical work is expected 16 days per month.
· Must cover 50 percent of national holidays in agreement with second doctor.
· Expected physical presence in the NICU 6 to 8 hours per day (approximately 8-9 AM to 2-3 PM during weekdays, and flexible during weekends); the rest is from-home availability.
