    • The Family Physician is a member of the clinical practice team and works collaboratively with other staff members to provide high quality patient care according to the PCMH model. The Family Physician will lead the care for their own diverse panel of patients. This Provider will manage chronic diseases and treat acute conditions in patients across the full life span. Family Medicine Physicians will have the opportunity to work in partnership with the numerous other disciplines offered including mental and behavioral health, pharmacy, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program, Reproductive Health, Dental and Optometry.

    Compensation Details

    $190-210k

    Position also qualify for Loan Repayment (up to $100K for US Citizens), paid vacation, CME Reimbursement, and offer a $10K Sign On Bonus!!!
