Seeking Experienced PA or NP to join a growing Family Medicine Clinic - Baraboo, WI

At SSM Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services, our growing Primary Care clinic in Baraboo, WI is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner (PA or NP) to join our supportive team. The clinic is located on the St. Clare Hospital campus.

Job Details:

• Outpatient clinic setting
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. NO nights/weekends/holidays or call!
• Collaborative team of 12 physicians and 5 Advanced Practitioners
• Opportunity to perform in-office procedures if interested
• Opportunity to collaborate with Baraboo Clinic Family Medicine Residency program physicians
• Opportunity to precept NP students

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
• Experience in family medicine preferred

The Hospital:

The Baraboo Clinic is adjacent to SSM Health - St. Clare Hospital, a 27-bed facility with 24-hour, Level 3 Trauma Center with ER coverage (contracted through Madison Emergency Physicians). There is 24/7 Hospitalist coverage, full lab and pathology services, and an average of 300 deliveries/year.

The ICU consists of 6 beds, and the hospital contracts with the UW for e-ICU telemedicine.
