Job Summary:

The Department of Family Medicine and Community Health is interested in a Family Medicine physician to join the UW Health Oregon Clinic. This physician faculty will provide the full spectrum of family medicine skills and patient care, with newborn rounding being optional. This position will be involved in clinical teaching of medical students and other learners. This position may involve academic scholarly work.

Qualifications:

Successful completion of a fully accredited Family Medicine Residency Program.

For an appointment at Associate Professor or Professor rank on CHS Track, candidates will meet criteria established by the department and as outlined in the School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines for promotion or appointment to Associate or Professor on the CHS Track.

For an appointment at Clinical Associate Professor or Clinical Professor rank on CT Track, candidates will meet criteria established by the department and as outlined in the School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines for promotion or appointment to Associate or Professor on the CT Track.

Education:

Required
Terminal Degree
MD, DO, or equivalent.

License/Certification:

Required
MD - Physician - State Licensure
Wisconsin Medical License prior to appointment start date.

Required
PHYS - Physician
Board Certified or eligible for certification by American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP) by the appointment start date.
