Your Role:
As a Breast Surgeon at Rochester General Hospital, you will:
- Provide advanced surgical care in a full-spectrum breast surgery program
- Collaborate closely with the Lipson Cancer Institute's team of 40+ oncology specialists
- Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and contribute to program growth
- Work in a high-volume setting with a robust referral network spanning 5 hospitals and 160+ ambulatory locations
- Engage in teaching and research opportunities; a Breast Surgery Fellowship Program is in development
- Access opportunities to lead or participate in investigator-initiated and national clinical trials
What You Bring

Board Certified/Eligible in General Surgery
- Fellowship-trained in Breast Surgery or Surgical Oncology
- Commitment to patient-centered care, innovation, and collaboration
- Passion for teaching and contributing to academic and research initiatives

Compensation Details
$300-400k
**PAY RANGE:** $300,000.00 - $400,000.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
