2nd.MD Educational Consultations - Seeking Specialist Physician Experts

We are looking to meet with an Oncologist with expertise such as yourself about joining our panel.

2nd.MD Summary: It can be especially difficult for people to find and speak to a top specialist in their geographic area. That has changed because of 2nd.MD! We connect people virtually with top specialists to help educate them on their diagnosis so they can have informed and empowered conversations with their local providers. 2nd.MD strives to break down barriers so that people can receive education regardless of their location, finances or socioeconomic status. This is not the practice of medicine but educational consults for our members only.

We have an elite panel of over 900 top physicians educating our members through 2nd.MD from Mount Sinai, NYU Langone, Cedars Sinai, Columbia, Boston Children's Hospital, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Dana Farber, Stanford, Fox Chase Cancer Center, Mass General, UCLA, Cedars-Sinai, Yale and many other top institutions.

Requirements:·

• Current employment at a leading academic medical center
• Current employment at an NCI designated cancer center for all oncologists
• Current appointment at a highly ranked medical school
• Minimum of 4 years post clinical fellowship experience
• Training at highly ranked medical schools
• Active in research and clinical trials
• A passion for education

We compensate favorably for each consultation and require minimal time (roughly an hour to complete the consult and speak with the member.)
