    About the Position:

    Traveling APP: High-Pay, Flexible Schedule!

    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our pain management team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. This role emphasizes technical proficiency, independent decision-making, and teamwork to address acute and chronic pain issues for our diverse patient population.

    Postgraduate (HPM University) Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Role model and live the company values and behaviors. Know the company vision, mission, and objectives and continually communicate and reinforce these to Team Members.
    • Evaluate apprenticeship for HPM University to ensure the achievement of didactic competency.
    • Perform onsite training and competency audits for HPM clinicians, as determined by the Chief Academic Officer and the VP of Clinical Performance.
    • Provides virtual training and mentoring for the HPM U Apprenticeship Program.
    • Provides educational lectures at HPM-sponsored training events.
    • Acts as an educator and customer service liaison for HPM.
    • Provides clinical consultation for post-graduate providers.
    • Participates in clinical quality reviews and provides consolatory feedback to improve clinical outcomes.

    Requirements:

    3 years of Orthopedic or experience in a NSPM clinical practice preferred; previous experience in education and training preferred but not required.
