Job Descriptions:

• Minimum Shifts req: 5 shifts a month, preferably 8-10!
• Shifts: 8p-8a or 8a-8p
• Trauma Level/Designation: None
• Annual volume: 18,527 (15-20/shift per provider
• Total Number of Beds: 11
• Fast track in ED? Yes
• EMR: All Scripts/Paragon
• Will oversee APP's
• ED Physician writes orders for Admissions
• Deliveries Sent Directly to Labor & Delivery
• Consultants Radiologist, Cardiologist, Pulmonologist, Gastroenterologist, Urologist, Hematologist / Oncologist

• Board Certified - ABMS/AOA IM/FM (can be double boarded ABPS)
• BLS and NRP
• OH State License
• COVID Vaccination
