Pediatric Anesthesiologist (Fellowship trained & BC in Peds Anesthesia)

Location: Harrisburg PA

Start Date/length of assignment: Jan 20th, 2025 - ongoing Excellent Compensation

Schedule- M-F; 7am-5pm, Night call, and 24-hour beeper call on weekends.

Will perform solo cases for both peds and adults along with medical direction of CRNAs Shifts will be assigned based on physician's availability and needs of department.

Day shifts can be 8 hour or 10 hours.

Call is 5p-7a pager call Weekend call, 24-hour weekend call is also available

(Can also be scheduled for 8-hour shift, if preferred)

Pager Call Overnight 5PM-7AM and Weekend Pager Call 7AM-7AM On call: Yes, weeknight call. Optional weekend call.  Pager call is for Pediatric Cases only.  Cases: Adult Percentage: 25%. Typical Cases Seen: *Pediatric cases include NICU babies (no hearts), Orthopedic (no spine), ENT, general surgery Pediatric cases, GI and MRI sedations. *Adult Anes general cases Physicians need to take care of adult patients as well, to accommodate the daily schedule needs. Peds Percentage 75%.

Procedures: Pediatric surgery, pediatric orthopedics, dental, GI, ENT and NICU cases, MRI (Anesthesia only) Supervision Ratio:  Not provided on this PD, but the CRNA PD for this site said it is 1:3 or 1:4 (Anesthesia and Surgery Only) ORs:  Not provided 

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days EMR: EPIC Also must see Adult cases 25% of time.

Need active PA state license

All expenses are covered
