** Schedule**

• Weekdays only — no weekends, no holidays

  • 7a–3p or 7a–5p options available
  • Minimum 3 weeks per month is preferred

** Procedures and Cases**

• High volume of GI/Endoscopy cases

• Core mix of general surgical cases

  • OB is optional — not required

** Requirements**

• Active TN license
• Certified CRNA with current DEA
• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred
