Opportunity Details

A hospital in southern Maine has an opening for a skilled Otolaryngologist to provide ongoing locum coverage.

Opening Overview:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:45a-4p, 2 weeks per month
• Beeper call shifts required, clinic only
• Setting: Surgical center on Thursdays, clinic on remaining days
• Daily Volume: 20 patients in clinic, 5-7 surgeries in surgical center
• Patient Population: 70% adult, 30% pediatric
• Cases: General non-surgical and surgical ENT, bronchoscopies, laryngoscopies, septal and sinus procedures, extended parotidectomy, radical neck surgery
• Lab and x-ray onsite
• Support Staff: MA, patient service representative
• EMR: Cerner
• Board certification required
• Paid travel & expenses
