Physiatrist or Neurologist - EMG Focus

Jaffe Sports Medicine, a PartnerCare affiliated company, is seeking a full-time Physiatrist or Neurologist to join our growing and established outpatient practice in Naples, Florida.

The primary focus of this role will be performing and interpreting electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction studies (NCS) to assess and treat patients with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Conduct and interpret EMG and NCS procedures to evaluate nerve and muscle function.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans for patients.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of neuromuscular disorders, including peripheral neuropathies, radiculopathies, and myopathies.
• Provide consultations and expert recommendations for treatment approaches based on diagnostic findings.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with practice standards.
• Stay current with advancements in electromyography and neurology to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Educational & Licensing Requirements:

• Must have a of Medicine (MD) or a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree or foreign degree equivalent required.
• Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Must have an active and unrestricted (without sanctions) Medical License and DEA License in Florida.
• Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) / Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
