As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dedicated Gastroenterologist to join our team in North Carolina

Position Overview:

As a Gastroenterologist, you will play a critical role in providing high- quality care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The role involves a mix of clinic and procedure-based work, and the department values individuals who are growth-oriented and eager to contribute to the development of our GI program.

Key Highlights:

• Patient Volume: 400 patient referrals per month from 58 primary care providers
• Procedures: Three procedure rooms available for GI procedures within the hospital
• Work-Life Balance: Typical schedule includes two days in the OR and two days in the clinic
• Advanced Opportunities: Bread and butter GI procedures are the focus, but there is also an option to perform advanced GI procedures
• Cancer Program Involvement: Strong involvement with the cancer program, providing opportunities for comprehensive cancer care
• Colorectal Surgeon Support: Department includes a dedicated colorectal surgeon on staff
• Locations: GI services are performed at both the main hospital and another location, with block time in the OR
• Growth-Oriented Team: Ideal candidates will be excited to help grow and develop the GI program

Compensation and Benefits:

• First-Year Base Salary with the opportunity to transition to an RVU-based compensation model
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000

• Board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist
