We are seeking a skilled Cardiologist to provide comprehensive coverage for one of our esteemed health systems in Everett, WA. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional looking for a full-time locum tenens position with an opportunity to make a significant impact in an inpatient setting.
**Position** : Locum Tenens Cardiologist
Location : Everett, WA
Start Date : As soon as credentialed (approximately 90-day process)
Duration : Full-time, ongoing for approximately 6 months
Schedule : Monday - Thursday, 7am - 5pm, with some night call and 2-3 weekends (Friday 7am - Monday 7am)
Responsibilities :
- Deliver high-quality cardiology care to a diverse patient population, primarily adults
- Manage a caseload of 15-18 patients per day
- Provide both weekday and weekend coverage, including night call
- Collaborate with 1-2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for patient care support
- Utilize the EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and management
Qualifications :
- Board-certified Cardiologist
- Proven experience in an inpatient setting
- Strong ability to handle a dynamic workload and provide exceptional patient care
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required
Credentialing :
Expect a credentialing process of approximately 90 days.
