  • Join our renowned Adult Blood & Marrow Stem Cell Transplant Program at OHSU! As a Faculty Physician - Blood & Marrow Transplant, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our understanding of breast cancer, developing innovative treatments, and providing compassionate care to patients.

    As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in:

    • Providing exceptional patient care: Delivering daily clinical management to patients undergoing allogeneic and autologous stem cell transplants.
    • Advancing medical knowledge: Actively participating in cutting-edge clinical research and contributing to the education of future generations of medical professionals.
    • Collaborating with a world-class team: Working closely with a multidisciplinary team of experts, including physicians, nurses, researchers, and other healthcare professionals.
    • Fostering innovation: Contributing to the development and maintenance of comprehensive databases and participating in innovative clinical trials.

    Required Qualifications:

    1. MD, MD/PhD. Licensed to practice medicine in Oregon; Board certified in Internal Medicine; Board eligible/certified in Hematology and or/Medical Oncology
    2. Demonstrates the background, focus and drive to excel, as well as the desire to deliver the best care possible to cancer patient in a clinical research environment. 
    3. Our ideal candidate must possess a proven track record of teaching, basic, clinical or population research and excellent patient care.

    Preferred Qualifications: Proven success in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, history of success in obtaining extramural funds for clinical trials and/or basic science research.
