    • Patient Care: Examine, diagnose, prescribe, and treat.
    • Leadership: Supervise and direct mid-level providers.
    • Team Support: Oversee nursing and support staff.
    • Diagnostic Review: Analyze lab results, x-rays, and other tests.

    Compensation Details

    $253-345k

    • Board Certification Bonus: $5,000/year • Continuing Medical Education (CME): $5,000/year • Incentive Plan: Performance-based incentives • Malpractice Insurance: Covered under Federal Tort Claims Act • License and DEA Fees: Reimbursed with receipt • Paid Time Off (PTO): • 4 weeks for the first 2 years • 5 weeks for 3–6 years • 6 weeks for 7+ years • Optional PTO cash out up to 2 weeks/year • Holidays: 9 holidays off per year • Tax Shelter Annuity Plan • Pension Plan: Employee contribution up to 15% of gross income, max $17,500/year • Retirement Plan: Contributions paid by Ampla Health • Health Insurance: Beneflex credit up to $800 semi-monthly (based on coverage tier) for medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents • Long Term Disability Insurance: Paid by Ampla Health • Life Insurance: Paid by Ampla Health • Voluntary Additional Life Insurance: Available to benefited employees
