    Requirements

    The Nurse Practitioners we seek are those who have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care. The Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.

    Qualifications:

    • Licensed as a NP in the State where HarmonyCares Medical Group office located
    • Federal DEA License/eligibility
    • Geriatric training/experience preferred
    • Active CPR/BLS Certification

    Enjoy Work-life-balance:

    • No weekends or evenings
    • Triage Line to take patient call in evening
    • Take little to no charting home; chart while MA is driving!
    • Start day around 8AM, wrap up around 4:30PM

    Compensation Details

    $140-165k

    Strong base salary plus significant annual bonus Strong benefits 401K with company match 8 holidays off, plus 2 floating holidays 5 days of PTO for CME, plus $3K reimbursement 3 weeks vacations 1st yr, 4 weeks in 2nd year plus more!
