April 4 (8am) - April 7 (8am)

May 23 (8am) - May 26 (8am)

June 27 (8am) - June 30 (8am)

July 4 (8am) - July 6 (8am)

**The hospital is flexible if the locum needs to start at 430pm or 5pm on Friday and end a little earlier on Monday morning.

Shift Info: Weekends- Fri 8am to Monday 8am. If not available, can cover Friday 4:30pm to Monday 5am

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

Job Details:

• Setting: Inpatient but could add clinic if locum is open to it.
• Patients Per Day: 1-6, average 2 admits per day
• EMR: EPIC
• All adults. May handle some torsion for 14 years and above.
• Must be Board Certified
• Must have an active Georgia medical license or Active IMLC
• All travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered
