Job Description:

1. Provide medical care for women in all stages of pregnancy, childbirth and post-delivery
2. See outpatient clinic OB/GYN patients
3. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
4. Counsel and educate patients
5. Perform diagnostic tests and procedures
6. Work well within a team, express empathy and understanding with patients
7. Demonstrated expertise and technical competency in medical care of pregnant women
8. Solid knowledge of community resources and referrals
9. Working understanding of the dynamics and intervention techniques related to prenatal situations
10. Awareness of available substance abuse and diabetic programs, perinatal education
11. Work autonomously and as part of interdisciplinary team
12. Flexible hours and regular schedule
13. Administration and practice support
14. 24-hour in-house pediatric hospitalist service
15. Level II Special Care Nursery 32 weeks+

Submission Requirements:

1. Licensure and certification through American Midwifery Certification Board - REQUIRED
2. OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
3. 6 months+ of CNM experience - REQUIRED
4. Date of agency's last communication with provider (note in "Additional Submission Details") - REQUIRED
