Job Details: Dates of coverage:  Weekdays needed only, no weekend coverage needed.

• Average Number of Patients Per Day: 20-40 depending on the season
• Number of Exam Rooms: 9
• Urgent Care Physicians are Present During the Locums Coverage
• Locum Physician are Required to Supervise Other Health Care Providers
• Mid-levels provide coverage: 1
• Documentation System/EMR: Epic 
• Practice Setting: Pediatric
• Procedures Required: Minor Wound Management and Repair, Incision and Drainage of Abscesses, Extremity Splinting, Foreign Body Removal from Skin, Pelvic Exam, Diagnostic Testing

Credentialing timeframe: ~ 90-120 days for full privileges; temp privileges available
