Practice Setting:
- Outpatient setting focused on primary care and occupational health.
- Support from an LPN and Health Center Manager.
Schedule:
- Monday through Thursday, 7AM to 5:30 PM.
- No weekends, no call responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine within 5 years.
- Active Colorado license required; BLS and DEA certifications necessary.
Credentialing Requirements:
- Quick credentialing process, approximately 7 days.
Patient Demographics:
- Ages 18 and up
- Average of 2 patients per hour.
