Weekend Plastic Surgery Locums Opportunity in Georgia

** Practice Setting**

• Inpatient setting at a Level 2 trauma center
• Solo coverage with collaboration from trauma surgeons
• Adult patient population with APP support available in the clinic

** Schedule**

• Immediate needs from July 4th to 11th

  • Ongoing weekend shifts are Friday 7 a.m. – Monday 7 a.m.
  • After initial period, 1-2 weekends per month

** Procedures and Cases**

• Cases including acute injuries, reconstructive procedures, and post-surgical care

  • Focus on complex reconstructive and restorative surgical cases
  • Strong interdisciplinary collaboration with trauma specialists on high-acuity cases

** Requirements**

• Board Certified in Plastic Surgery
• Active Georgia license or Interstate Medical License (IMLC)
• BLS and DEA certifications

** Credentialing Requirements**

• Credentialing typically takes 30-60 days
• Will wait for active IMLC LOQ
