Exciting Locum Tenens Gastroenterology Opportunity – High-Acuity Hospital Setting

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to provide locum tenens coverage at a leading Level 1 Trauma Center. This position offers flexible contract lengths with the option for full-time or rotating shift coverage.

Position Highlights:

• Start Date: May 2025
• Shifts: 7 AM - 7 PM with night beeper call OR 24-hour beeper call (TBD)
• Schedule: Full-time preferred, but flexible options available (minimum 7 consecutive days per month)
• Patient Population: Adults only
• Hospital Bed Size: 400+ beds
• Procedures Required:
• ERCP (minimum 150 cases in past 2 years)
• Esophageal, Duodenal, or Luminal Stent Placement
• Colonoscopy (minimum 100 in past 2 years)
• EGD, Biopsy, Enteral Alimentation, Esophageal Dilation
• Argon Plasma Coagulation, Nonvariceal Hemostasis
• Gastrointestinal Motility Studies & 24-hour pH Monitoring
