** Gastroenterology Role in AL - Light Call**

A healthcare facility in Alabama is looking for a Gastroenterologist to join their team! This position offers the chance to work in a supportive, patient- centered environment where you can make a meaningful impact on the community.

Practice Setting

• Not-for-profit, 280+ bed Level 3 community hospital serving the surrounding areas
• Join a team of 2 GI providers, including 1 physician and a seasoned Nurse Practitioner who manages new consultations
• Access to state-of-the-art equipment, including Olympus scopes in and advanced imaging services onsite
• Modern clinic with 3 exam rooms, private physician office, and nearby lab

** Schedule**

• 4.5-day schedule (Monday-Thursday clinic; Friday optional for procedures)

  • Call is a 1:3 rotation with 7 days of call per month maximum
  • Minimal call volume; rare after-hours call-ins

** Compensation & Benefits**

• Guaranteed base salary of $600,000, plus wRVU production bonuses. Total earning potential exceeds $900,000

  • $75k sign-on bonus
  • Up to $1,000/month for student loan forgiveness

  • 200 PTO hours annually, including federal holidays
  • 5 CME days annually with a $5,000 allowance
